Coral Club events are designed to inspire, educate, and support professional growth in the MLM field. Our goal is for these days to leave you energized, motivated, and focused.

To ensure a positive and comfortable experience for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines:

1. Respect Is Our Standard

• Be courteous and respectful in all interactions. Please avoid discussions of politics and religion.
• During presentations and the Awards Ceremony, set your phone to silent.
• Please enter and exit the room only during scheduled breaks.

2. We Respect Everyone’s Time

Arrive at least 10 minutes before the program begins. This helps you settle in comfortably and avoids disrupting others.

3. Support Is a Leadership Trait

Applaud and support all speakers and presenters — not just your own team. Every person on stage is sharing experience and value.

4. Be Present in the Moment

• Feel free to capture memories and share highlights — but please refrain from live streaming.
• We encourage content creation while also honoring the importance of being fully present and engaged.

Dress Code: Smart Casual

Smart Casual attire is required. This style balances comfort with a professional appearance and is appropriate for all conference activities.

Important Notice

Compliance with these guidelines is required for participation. By registering for the event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to follow them.

In the event of serious or repeated violations, Coral Club reserves the right to remove a participant from the event without refund of any paid fees, including registration, accommodation, travel, or insurance.

If these terms do not align with your expectations, please refrain from participating.

Rules for Participants of the Conference "Diamond Summit":

Any event organized by the Coral Club company serves as a platform for motivation, training, and skill development in the MLM sphere. It is also a safe space for all participants, regardless of their views and nationalities.

That is why we have compiled a number of rules that must be followed during the conference:

1. Maintain mutual respect.

2. It is forbidden to make any political statements, share news or assessments, or provoke other participants to discuss political topics.

3. Condemning or insulting other participants, using foul language in public areas, and making statements that contradict moral standards, business ethics, or legislation is strictly prohibited.

4. Please be attentive to your health. If you feel unwell or have concerns about your health, do not participate in the conference.

Adhering to these rules is an essential part of the event.

  The accommodation cost per day is based on standard rates at the Miracle Resort Hotel 5*. Please note that the national currency rate will be calculated at the internal rate of the event, and the final cost of participation will be provided in the national currency of your country.

  If you need to change your period of stay at the hotel, please inform the manager before purchasing your air tickets, and no later than September 1, 2026. This will allow the manager to send a request to the hotel to confirm room availability. Please note that availability of rooms on other dates is not guaranteed.

Terms of Medical Insurance

• For Citizens of the Russian Federation:
  The cost of medical insurance is included in the overall trip cost. However, if citizens of the Russian Federation do not reside in Russia, an additional medical insurance fee will apply. The cost for this insurance is 5 USD per day (totaling 35 USD for the stay from October 19 to 25, 2026). Please note that funds for paid insurance are non-refundable.

For Foreign Participants:
The deadline for issuing an insurance policy through the company is September 1, 2025. The cost of insurance is also 5 USD per day (totaling 35 USD for the stay from October 19 to 25, 2026). Similar to the above, funds for paid insurance are non-refundable.

Insurance Conditions from "Soglasie" (Türkiye)

1. A deductible of 30 euros is required when initially seeking medical care.

1. The maximum coverage amount for expenses in the event of an insurance claim — €35,000 for all citizens, including coverage for COVID illness.
   
   It is mandatory to have medical insurance covering COVID-19 for the duration of your trip.
   
   Please review the specific conditions for citizens of the Russian Federation and foreign citizens.

   If these conditions do not meet your needs, you may purchase insurance from another company. Ensure that any independently purchased insurance covers COVID-19 expenses.
   
   

   IMPORTANT! The insurance you purchase independently must cover your medical expenses when seeking care (in the country of stay) and COVID-related costs.
   
   
   You should send a copy of your independently purchased insurance policy to the event management department by September 1, 2026, phone: +34 647 317 277(Telegram).
   If this information is not received by the deadline, an insurance policy from the company will be issued to you.
   
   
   

The cost to participate in the conference is 470 euro.
Important Notes:

• Paid registrations are non refundable

• Participant substitutions are allowed until September 1, 2026. If you would like to transfer your registration to another participant, please notify the organizers as soon as possible.

  
  Promotion Eligibility:

• Open to Distributors who achieved Diamond Director (DD) or higher in at least one month between April and September 2026.

1. Gold Executives and above:  

Participants at the Gold Executive level and higher who, based on July, August, and September 2026 results, maintain at least Gold Executive rank with a total BQV* of 300,000 points or more

2. Silver Executives and above:  

Participants at the Silver Executive level and higher who, based on July, August, and September 2026 results, maintain at least Silver Executive rank with a total BQV* of 75,000 points or more

By booking your own plane tickets in advance, you can select the airline and fare that best fits your preferences!

Participants arriving independently will need to arrange their own transfer to the hotel.
You can order your transfer through the transport company "Transferia". Their staff speak Russian, and you can contact them via phone or WhatsApp at:

The cost for the transfer from the airport to the hotel is $30.
The "Diamond Summit" will be held at the Miracle Resort Hotel 5*, located 15 km from the airport.

Important! Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure from the country.

Participation Conditions for Relatives at "Diamond Summit" Conferences

1. Spouses

• If both spouses are engaged in the business, they may attend together by purchasing separate conference packages for each.

• To admit one spouse, the promotion requirements that grant participation rights must be met.

• Spouses who are not club members are not permitted to participate.

2. Children and Other Relatives

• Children under 6 years old: We understand that sometimes you may wish to bring young children along, but please consider the nature of the event—it may be tiring for children of this age. Therefore, the company does not recommend their attendance at the conference.

• Children aged 6 to 18: Teenagers may join, with their participation costing 50% of the current conference package price.

• Adult children and close relatives (parents, siblings, etc.) may participate under the general conditions by meeting the promotion requirements in effect at the time of the event.
