CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

Introduction

Coral Club’s mission is to Hydrate the World! Water is our main focus and we would like to contribute to the global effort of water conservation. We created a contest where contestants can share their hacks to saving water for a chance to win an iPhone 11 PRO.

Contest Rules and Conditions

1. To participate in the contest you must:

Be at least 18 years of age by March 22, 2020
Have a Social Media account on Facebook, Instagram or Vkontakte
Publish a video on an approved Social Media account that conforms to the requirements contained in these Rules and Conditions.

2. The contest dates are from March 22, 2020 to May 14, 2020. a. The entry video must be published by May 12, 2020.

Coral Club reserves the right to change the rules of the contest of any time including
Extending or shortening the contest deadlines
Entry requirements
Cancellation of the contest Any changes will be published on www.coral-club.com

4. All contest rules and regulations are published on www.coral-club.com

5. A valid entry must

Be an original video of the participant where the participant presents an idea on how to conserve water.
The video should start by the contestant saying “Here is my Save Water Hack”
The video must be published on their account on a Social Media platform listed in section 2 with the hashtag #savewaterhack
The participant must be subscribed to at least 1 official Coral Club social media account on the platform where contestant publishes their video.
The video must be original content. Mashups of videos owned by someone else do not constitute a valid entry.

6. By submitting an entry, the contestant certifies that the video submitted is original content. Using material belonging to a third party will result in the contestant’s disqualification from the contest.

7. The video a. Must not be in violation of any laws b. Shall not be of an offensive nature c. Shall not mention or display any company logo or brand other than Coral Club.

8. The winner shall be chosen by a jury chosen by Coral Club

9. In order to receive the prize, the winner shall

Provide a photo ID, Contact information (including full name, email, phone number and address) emailed to: info@coral-club.com
Sign a document confirming receipt of the prize. 10. Coral Club shall provide the prize to the winning contestant by June 15, 2020

11. The winning contestant may be required to pick up the prize in person.

12. By participating in the contest, the contestant attests to having read, understood and accepted the contest rules.

13. Should the entry video be found to be in violation of any laws, copyright or otherwise, the contestant shall bare full legal and financial responsibility.

a. By participating in the contest, the participant authorizes Coral Club and/or its affiliates to use the video in any way (including editing, publishing online, publishing the URL where the video is published and displaying at company events) for a period of three (3) years.

14. Coral Club reserves the right to

change the contest rules at any time including changing the dates and/or cancelling the contest
choosing the winner at its own discretion

15. Coral Club shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred by any participant, whether a submission was made or not. Expenses may include, but are not limited to, internet services, cost of a phone or other recording device or the like.

16. Coral Club shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses experienced by any contestant or intended contestant (whether or not a submission is made) regardless of the cause of the loss.

17. Any personal information provided to Coral Club shall be treated as such in accordance with Coral Club’s Privacy Policy and the corresponding legislation.

19. Only one (1) winner will be selected and only one (1) prize will be issued consisting of

iPhone 11 PRO valued at approximately $1200 USD and
30 sachets of Coral-Mine valued at approximately $26.25 USD

20. The jury will vote to choose the winner between May 12 and May 14, 2020 21. The winner will be announced on the company’s social media pages by May 15, 2020

22. The jury’s decision is final and cannot be contested
