Coral Club respects your individual privacy. This “Privacy Policy” sets forth our adherence to applicable U.S. federal and state privacy laws, including the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 41–58), the California Consumer Privacy Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq.), and the Nevada Privacy Law (Nev. Rev. Stat. Chapter 603A), for the protection of your personal information. By visiting this website or any other Coral Club website(s) (“Site”) or using any of the services offered on the Site, visitors to the Site (“you”) acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy is only applicable to the Site and not to any Third-Party websites that may link to or from this Site, which may have data collection, storage and use practices and policies that differ materially from this Privacy Policy.
The Site is operated in the United States and subject to U.S. law. If you are accessing the Site from outside the United States, you acknowledge and consent that your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws. You may only use the Site in compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

1. Personal Information of Children
Coral Club is committed to the protection of children’s privacy. The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to or designed for children under the age of 13, in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA, 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete such information from our records.
In addition, for compliance with international privacy standards, the Site is not intended for children younger than 16. If you are under the age of 18, you may use the Site (and any related services or features) only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Persons under 18 may not enroll as Coral Club Independent Distributors or register as customers.
2. Information Collection
Coral Club collects information from visitors to the Site at different points on the Site.
Traffic Data. Like most website operators, Coral Club automatically gathers device and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use the Site, and other technical information (collectively “Traffic Data”). While some of this data may be considered personal information under applicable law (including Cal. Civ. Code §1798.140), we generally use it in a de-identified or aggregated form to help maintain the security and operation of the Site, and for internal analytics and reporting purposes.
Cookies. Cookies are small pieces of information that a website stores on a user’s device. The Site uses Cookies to customize your experience, remember your preferences, and analyze traffic. Some cookies are essential for functionality, while others support analytics or marketing. Personal Information. Through your use of or visits to the Site, you may be required or requested to provide personally identifiable information (hereafter “Personal Information”) to us. All Personal Information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such Personal Information. Sensitive Information. When necessary, with your consent or as otherwise permitted by law (including the California Consumer Privacy Act/CPRA, Cal. Civ. Code §1798.121), we may process limited categories of sensitive information, such as Social Security Numbers, government identification, financial account data with access credentials, or precise geolocation. Such data is collected only for lawful business purposes and is subject to heightened safeguards.
Credit/Debit Card and Payment Information. Payment information provided for purchases is processed securely and only used to complete authorized transactions. Coral Club does not store full card numbers or security codes. All payment data is handled by our PCI DSS-compliant payment processor (Authorize.net). You may review their privacy notice here: Authorize.net Privacy Policy. Where you choose to save payment methods for future use, this is done via tokenization provided by the payment processor.
3. Information Obtained From Third Party Sources
We may supplement the Personal Information that you provide to us with additional information obtained from lawful third-party sources, in compliance with applicable U.S. laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681) where relevant, and state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.100 et seq.). This may include limited contact and demographic information to help us maintain accurate records and provide requested services. Coral Club reserves the right, but does not have the obligation, to monitor or remove content that it considers inappropriate or unlawful, consistent with applicable law.

Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, Coral Club DOES NOT sell, rent, share, or disclose Personal Information to or with any third party not affiliated with or owned by Coral Club. Coral Club will never give or sell your Personal Information to be used for the purposes of sending you unsolicited commercial offers (such as spam) from any third party. Coral Club will not use your Personal Information to send you unsolicited commercial offers. However, we may need to contact you for purposes other than marketing, as for example regarding the status of the Site, your account or other matters related to your role as a Customer of Coral Club® products. You may not opt-out of these kinds of communications. If you wish to unsubscribe from our marketing emails, please follow the directions in the emails.
Disclosure Practices. Personal Information is disclosed as described in this Privacy Policy. Except under the following circumstances and otherwise as set forth in this Privacy Policy, Coral Club will keep your Personal Information private and will not sell it to or share it with third parties.
6. Use of Aggregate Information
We may share aggregated and de-identified information from time to time with our partners, vendors, or other third parties for lawful business purposes. When such information is shared by Coral Club, it does not include Personal Information and cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual, in accordance with applicable U.S. laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act, Cal. Civ. Code §1798.140).
We also store certain technical information collected through log files in order to create de-identified usage profiles of our users. Log files may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser types, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks. This information is analyzed in an aggregated manner to identify trends, administer the Site, and improve user experience. While IP addresses and similar technical identifiers are collected, they are processed in a de-identified or aggregated way and are not used by Coral Club to directly identify individual users. Such de-identified usage profiles are used solely for internal purposes and are not shared with third parties.
7. Tracking Technologies
Coral Club analyzes Traffic Data and information gathered using Cookies and similar technologies to help us better understand how the Site is used. By identifying patterns and trends in usage, we are able to improve the design of the Site and provide more relevant content. From time to time, Coral Club may release aggregated and de-identified usage information, such as reports on overall site trends. We do not attempt to link cookie or tracking information directly to Personal Information without your consent.
We and our third-party service providers may use technologies such as cookies, clear gifs (also known as web beacons), and similar tools to enhance site functionality, measure the effectiveness of content, and provide a more personalized experience. These technologies may collect technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, and navigation behavior. Where required by law, we will request your consent before placing non-essential cookies or similar technologies. You may also manage or disable cookies and related tracking tools through your browser settings or via Global Privacy Control signals (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.120).
Each registered User has access to extended information on the products they purchase. This option uses the experience of other Users about the products purchased. By subscribing to the extended informing, the User expresses their consent to provide their data on the purchased products.
In the case of the User’s explicit consent, by entering the appropriate value in the settings of the personal account to receive the advanced notification option for the purchased goods, access to the User’s data can be provided to other Users. The following information is used for this purpose:

It is important to understand that the opinion of the Users is purely individual and subjective, so when using a particular product, we strongly recommend adhering to the instructions of the product.

Please note that Coral Club does not disclose sensitive personal information such as your contact details, purchase history, or account activity to other users without your explicit consent. If you choose to share information voluntarily (e.g., in a review or public forum), it may become accessible to others, and Coral Club cannot control how it is used, to the extent permitted by applicable law. You may manage your preferences regarding sharing or visibility of information through your personal account settings.
If you do not agree with the above-mentioned data access terms or do not want to take advantage of sharing product information with others, uncheck the appropriate option(s) in your personal account settings page.
8. Links To Other Websites
The Site may contain links to other websites. Coral Club is not responsible for, and disclaims liability to the extent permitted by law, for the privacy practices or content of such other websites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave the Site and to read the privacy statements of each website that collects Personal Information. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by this Site.
9. Security – How Coral Club Protects Personal Information
Coral Club takes commercially reasonable precautions to protect your information. When you enter sensitive information on our order forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using Secure Socket Layer technology (often referred to as “SSL”). However, given the nature of the Internet and the fact that network security measures are not infallible, we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
We also maintain safeguards to protect your information offline. Access to Personal Information is limited to authorized employees who require it to perform their job duties, and such employees receive regular training on security and privacy practices. The servers that store Personal Information are maintained in a controlled and secure environment. Payment card information is handled in compliance with applicable industry standards, such as the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
When registering for access to a secure area of the Site, we will ask you to select a username and password. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. We will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email. Also, remember to sign out of the registered site and close your browser window when you have finished your work. This is to ensure that others cannot access your Personal Information and correspondence when accessing your computer.
You must promptly notify us if your credit/debit card, banking, payment, other financial information, username, or password is lost, stolen, or used without permission. In such an event, we will remove that credit/debit card number, bank account information, payment information, other financial institution information, username, or password from your account.
10. Correcting, Updating, Deleting and Deactivating Personal Information
If your Personal Information changes, you may contact us to request correction, updating, deletion, or deactivation of our records of your Personal Information, subject to applicable law. We will respond to requests for access to or deletion of Personal Information within the timeframes required by law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act/CPRA (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.105 and §1798.130) and other applicable U.S. state privacy laws. If you are a Distributor, you may make certain of these changes via your Distributor Back Office or by logging into your Coral Club account. If you are a registered customer, you may make certain of these changes by logging into your Coral Club account. All other users may make such requests by contacting us at the contact information set forth below.
11. Retention of Personal Information
Unless otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy or required by law, we retain Personal Information for as long as your account is active and as necessary to provide you with services. After account closure, we may retain certain Personal Information for a reasonable period of time in order to allow you to reactivate your account without loss of information, or as necessary to comply with our legal obligations (such as tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements), resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect our rights, and maintain business records in accordance with applicable law. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide services, please contact us at the contact information set forth below.

With your explicit consent, we may post your testimonial along with your name on the Site. Testimonials reflect the individual experiences and opinions of the users who provide them and do not constitute claims that other users will have the same experience. 13. Electronic Communications
Consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. § 7701 et seq.) and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227), we may communicate with you via electronic messages, including email and SMS text. Such communications may include customer service messages, order tracking, and account-related updates, which are necessary to provide our services and which you may not opt out of. Marketing communications, newsletters, and promotions are sent only where consent is required and you have provided your consent. 14. Text Messaging Service
If you sign up for our text messaging service or programs, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from Coral Club in accordance with our Messaging Terms and Messaging Privacy Policy. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message, or request help by replying HELP. Participation is subject to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227) and other applicable U.S. laws.
15. Online Advertising – Targeted Advertising
We may display advertising on the Site and partner with third parties to manage advertising on other websites for our products and services. We may also partner with third parties, including business partners, advertising networks, and other advertising service providers, who may collect information about your activity on the Site and other websites in order to provide you with advertisements tailored to your interests, preferences, and characteristics. These third parties may use cookies or similar technologies to provide interest-based advertising. While we require our partners to comply with applicable U.S. laws, Coral Club is not responsible for, and disclaims liability to the extent permitted by law, for the privacy practices of such third parties.

Such practices are subject to applicable U.S. laws, including the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. § 45) and the California Consumer Privacy Act/CPRA (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq.), which provide you with rights to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of Personal Information for targeted advertising. You may exercise your opt-out rights by using the tools described below, through Global Privacy Control signals, or as otherwise provided in our Privacy Policy.

16. Do Not Track Requests
“Do Not Track” is a web browser setting that sends a signal instructing a website not to track a user. While there is no uniform standard for recognizing Do Not Track signals, Coral Club respects legally required browser-based privacy signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), as provided under the California Consumer Privacy Act/CPRA (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.135).
17. Promotional Activities
From time to time, Coral Club may conduct contests, giveaways, and other promotions (collectively, “Promotional Activities”). Participation in such Promotional Activities is voluntary and subject to official rules that will be made available at the time of the promotion. Any Personal Information submitted via the Site in connection with Promotional Activities will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy and used solely for the administration of the promotion, unless you expressly consent to other uses. Coral Club may also ask you to participate in surveys designed to help improve the Site, its products, and services. Any Personal Information provided in connection with a survey will be used only for that survey and may be disclosed to third parties only in de-identified or aggregated form.
18. Amendment of Privacy Policy; Notification of Changes
Coral Club may amend or update this Privacy Policy from time to time in compliance with applicable law. You can determine the date this Privacy Policy was last updated by referring to the effective date found at the end of the policy. When we make material changes, we will provide notice on our home page or by other reasonable means for at least 30 days before the amended Privacy Policy takes effect, so that you have an opportunity to review the changes.
19. Dispute Resolution
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, to the extent not preempted by applicable federal law. The offer extended by this Agreement, and any acceptance of its terms, shall occur in Clark County, State of Nevada. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Privacy Policy shall, unless otherwise required by applicable law, be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. Each party shall bear its own attorney’s fees, costs, and expenses, unless otherwise required by law. If a visitor to the Site wishes to bring an action for the breach of this Privacy Policy, he/she shall do so on an individual basis. Visitors waive all rights to bring an action on a class, collective, or consolidated basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If a visitor to the Site is also a Coral Club Distributor and combines claims under this Privacy Policy with claims subject to the Coral Club Distributor Agreement, the dispute resolution provisions of the Distributor Agreement shall govern.
20. Online Privacy Policy Only
Except as otherwise provided herein, this Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to information collected offline, such as in retail locations, live events, or other in-person interactions, which may be subject to separate privacy notices provided at the time of collection.

This Messaging Service Privacy Policy explains how Coral Club (hereinafter, "Coral Club," "We," "Us," "Our") collects, uses, and shares personal information about you in relation to Our text message marketing program (the "Messaging Service"). Changes to the Messaging Service Privacy Policy
