DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid)

Cold-water fish is a natural source of healthy omega-3 PUFAs (EPA and DHA), which play important roles in normal growth and development during childhood.* Because the body produces only limited amounts of these fatty acids, they are primarily obtained through diet or supplementation.
