4.1. General requirements for promotion in the digital space
When mentioning the products and/or the brand, the rules for correct promotion must be followed.
4.2. Positioning and promoting the Coral Club member’s personal brand
4.2.1. The company supports the development of a member's personal brand through social networks, digital projects, marathons, blogs, websites, and official landings of the company posted on the official Coral Club website.
4.2.2. Do not position yourself or your website as the company’s official website, official social media pages, or its authorized representative in any region.
4.2.3. Do not present the company's information as your own, use your address as the company's address, or publicly share the addresses and contacts of the company's sales offices (or representatives) on your personal websites or other online platforms, including mapping services such as Google Maps, and similar services.
4.2.4. Avoid using words or expressions related to "Coral Club" or its unique product names in email addresses. This includes derivatives, abbreviations (CCI), similar-sounding or visually similar spellings, and foreign language equivalents.

4.2.5. You may identify yourself as a Coral Club member, a Coral Club Independent Distributor. Titles like wellness consultant or health marathon organizer are also acceptable. However, you may not refer to yourself as an employee, representative, or official spokesperson of Coral Club.
4.2.6. A club member has the right to conduct their business online in all cities and countries, not limited to their current location. However, they must not mislead consumers by stating a city or country that does not correspond to their actual residence and/or the location provided at the time of registration with Coral Club.
4.2.7. Inaccurate comparisons of Coral Club products with products from other companies are not allowed.
4.3. Products Promotion/Presentation
4.3.1. The company recommends that club members share their personal experiences of products usage and promote them for maintaining health, while complying with the laws of their country of residence.
4.3.2. It is important to remember that only the company sells its products, and only through the official company website.
4.3.3. Selling Coral Club products through online stores, social media, marketplaces, catalog websites, or any other sales channels other than the official resources of Coral Club is prohibited. Those who violate this rule will have their accounts blocked. See Company Rules, Section 10.

4.4.1. Do not register new club members without their explicit consent.
4.4.2. Do not initiate contact with or register new individuals using automated or semi-automated schemes and mechanics that do not involve personal communication with the potential club member. The company reserves the right to block a member's account if found to be in violation of this rule until the circumstances have been clarified.
4.4.3. Without prior written agreement with the company regarding the placement of advertisements or posts containing referral links, you are not permitted to share such links. Referral links may only be shared after you have personally communicated with and received an explicit request from a potential new club member via private message. Violation of this rule will result in liability for any adverse consequences, and the offending party must compensate the company for any damages incurred.
4.4.4. You may not incentivize registration in your structure through gifts (e.g., ""Join my team and I'll give you a Coral-Mine"" / ""Sign up in my network, and I'll enroll people under you""), promises of additional discounts, or other benefits.
4.5. Accuracy of Information
4.5.1. Club members are personally responsible for the accuracy of the information they share online. It is essential to regularly monitor the content of your websites and social media pages and immediately remove any information that violates US laws, the company’s ethical standards, or risks harming its reputation.
4.5.2. When creating and maintaining online resources related to Coral Club products or business, members should adhere to the language standards of the content they provide, avoiding any spelling, stylistic, or punctuation errors, and comply with US laws.
4.5.3. The company encourages club members to share information online that fosters a positive image of the company, promotes their personal brand, and attracts new club members and partners to their network. For example:

4.5.4. You may not send spam messages by any means, regardless of the nature of the information.
4.5.5. Avoid using misleading claims or unrealistic promises, such as:
"Earn a million in 3 months with us!", "Our program will completely prevent illness!"
Such statements can damage credibility and violate advertising standards. For more details, see Section 5.4 of the Ethical Code for Coral Club members.
4.6. Responsibility for Non-Compliance with Online Conduct Rules
4.6.1. The club member is fully responsible for ensuring that their website and social media pages comply with these rules and the US laws.
4.6.2. The responsibility for informing and ensuring that club members adhere to online conduct rules lies with the higher-level upline Distributor.
4.6.3. Upon receiving a request from the company to make changes to their website, social media, or other platforms, the Club Member should correct any violations within the timeframe specified in the company’s letter.
4.6.4. Non-compliance with the rules or failure to meet correction deadlines may result in sanctions under Section 10 ("Responsibility for Rule Violations"), including account blocking. Points earned in violation of the rules may also be excluded from monthly results.
4.7. Special Requirements for Promoting the Coral Club Brand and Products on Social Media
This section of the rules outlines the company’s policy regarding the creation, design, and promotion of information about Coral Club and its products on pages, groups, channels, and communities in social media, including video hosting platforms and messaging apps.
4.7.1. You may not use words or phrases that contain the designation Coral Club and unique names of the company's products, as well as similar-sounding and visually similar spellings, interpretations in foreign languages, or derivatives in full or abbreviated form as titles of pages, groups, channels, and communities on social media, messaging apps, and video hosting platforms, as well as their URL addresses.
The company reserves the right to report violations of its trademark rights to the social media administration, which may result in the page's removal.

4.7.2. You may not use the company logo or name as a profile picture, cover photo, or avatar for any page, group, or community on social media, messaging apps, or video hosting platforms.
4.8. Special Requirements for Promoting the Coral Club Brand and Products Using Personal Websites
This section of the rules outlines the company's policy regarding the creation, design, and promotion of information about Coral Club and its products on personal websites.
4.8.1. Prohibited Website Formats.
You are not allowed to create, maintain, or promote catalog-type websites of any format featuring Coral Club products.
Characteristics of Catalog-Type Websites:
The website contains a structure characteristic of a catalog-type site: product categories, individual pages (product cards) created for specific company products.
The presence of one or more product cards on the website. A product card is a page on the website dedicated to one or several company products.
In the title and/or meta tags* (Title, Description) of the pages, there are unique (brand) names of the company's products, as well as any derivatives, abbreviations, similar spellings, and foreign language equivalents.
If at least one of these characteristics is present, the website is considered a catalog-type site and is therefore prohibited by the Rules.
*Meta tags (from English meta tags) are elements (HTML tags) of a web page that provide search engines with brief information about the theme (content) of the page. They include: Title — the title of the page; Description — a description of the page.

4.8.2. Allowed Website Formats.
A Club Member may use information about the company and Coral Club products (photos, names, descriptions, prices) only on blog-type websites and only within informational articles on general topics: health, healthy living, detoxification, immunity, digestion, business, development, and other general topics, provided they do not contradict sections 4.8.8 and 4.8.9.

1) websites that promote a personal brand rather than the Coral Club brand and products;
2) blog-type websites on specific topics such as: personal blog, health, healthy living, detoxification, immunity, digestion, business, development, and other general topics that are not related to the Coral Club brand and products.
4.8.3. Domain Name Registration.
You may not register a website using domain names that contain the brand name and unique names of Coral Club products, as well as any derivatives, abbreviations, similar spellings, and foreign language equivalents. The company reserves the right to require the website owner to transfer ownership for any of the aforementioned domain names, if necessary.

4.8.4. Use of the Company Logo.
You may not use the Coral Club logo on websites without written permission from the company. Permission requests must be submitted through the Coral Club website's contact form.
4.8.5. Use of the Company Logo by the club member's on their website.
Only Coral Club members may use authorized logos on their websites, which can be found at the link.
4.8.6. When using any authorized logo of their website, the open link to the official company website (https://us.coral.club) must be placed in the footer (on all pages) of the club member's website in the format: "" Coral Club’s Official Website"" (https://us.coral.club).
Important! Do not use any methods to hide links to the official company website from search engines.
4.8.7. When using any authorized logo, the club member must provide their contact information on the website.
4.8.8. Use of the Coral Club Brand Name on the Club Member's Website.
You may not use the brand name Coral Club, as well as any derivatives, abbreviations, similar or phonetically comparable spellings, and foreign language equivalents in the titles and/or meta tags* of any pages on the website, except for the designation "" Website of an Independent Distributor of Coral Club"" on the homepage of the site.

4.8.9. Use of Unique Coral Club Product Names.
You may not use unique* names of Coral Club products, as well as any derivatives, abbreviations, similar or phonetically comparable spellings, and foreign language equivalents in the titles and/or meta tags of any pages on the website.
*Unique product names refer to names that contain the brand names of the products or the brand name Coral Club.

Do not provide third-party contact information on a personal website without their written consent to post such information.
4.9. Special Requirements for Promoting the Coral Club Brand and Products Using Third-Party Websites and Platforms
This section of the rules outlines the company’s policy regarding the creation, design, and promotion of information about Coral Club and its products on third-party platforms. Third-party websites and platforms include forums, review sites, marketplaces, and online stores.
4.9.1. You may not use the company logo or name as the avatar (profile picture) of a user profile. For third-party websites and platforms, we recommend using a personal photo as your profile picture. You may take your photo against a backdrop featuring Coral Club branding.
4.9.2. You may not use the brand name or unique names of Coral Club products, as well as any derivatives, abbreviations, similar or phonetically comparable spellings, and foreign language equivalents in the titles of pages on third-party websites and external platforms, as well as in their URL addresses.
The company reserves the right to contact the administration of third-party websites and external platforms to report unauthorized use of its registered trademark, which may result in the removal of profiles and/or individual pages.

4.10.1. When launching any paid advertising online, you may not use the brand name or unique names of Coral Club products, as well as any derivatives, abbreviations, similar or phonetically comparable spellings, and foreign language equivalents as keywords for promoting advertising announcements.

4.10.2. Creating photo and video materials for advertisements without the participation of a club member as the main actor is prohibited. Models and other individuals' images may not be used in the photo and video materials.
4.10.3. You may not use referral links in online advertisements.
4.10.4. When using online advertising, club members must strictly adhere to all applicable laws and regulations of the country in which the advertising is placed.
